This course is designed for employed and unemployed individuals who wish to work in the contact Centre Industry. The call centre and the front desk are the voice and face of the company. It also serves as the entry qualification into Contact Centre Operations and Management. The qualification provides an introduction to contact centre and/or Business Process Outsourcing operations. The qualification will equip learners with the underpinning knowledge and skills to be able to supply high quality customer service.
Contact Centre is often the central point from where all customer interactions can be managed across different channels. Contact Centre agents use email, social media, messaging, or chats to communicate with customers and handle inbound and outbound calls.
